L&rsquo;association a enfin pu rencontrer officiellement les membres du conseil municipal de Ch\u00e2teaugay  au cours d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union concernant le projet d\u2019implantation d\u2019une nouvelle carri\u00e8re sur le plateau de Lachaud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Article <strong>mis \u00e0 jour 31 mars 2021 : l&rsquo;association a re\u00e7u une mise en demeure, nous ne pouvons publier le contrat en l&rsquo;\u00e9tat<\/strong> ainsi que les d\u00e9tails le constituant. <strong>Mais le conseil municipal conna\u00eet maintenant ces informations. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 les interroger !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette r\u00e9union d\u2019information s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 22 mars \u00e0 19h30 dans la petite salle polyvalente Jacques Escuit. Deux ans apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation et apr\u00e8s de multiples demandes, l&rsquo;association Pr\u00e9servons le Plateau de Lachaud a enfin pu exposer sa vision des faits et les derniers \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont nous disposons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En comit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s restreint !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seul notre pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union. Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier les membres du conseil municipal pr\u00e9sents qui ont su \u00e9couter nos arguments pendant pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une heure.  La <strong>qualit\u00e9 du support<\/strong> (que vous pouvez consulter ci-dessous) et la <strong>solidit\u00e9 de notre argumentaire<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un l\u00e9ger regret cependant que peu de questions ou de remarques aient \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9es au regard de l&rsquo;importance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Citons par exemple les termes du contrat qui sont bien peu avantageux par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres communes des environs (<strong>1\u20ac\/m3 contre xx\u20ac\/m3<\/strong>, voir notre article d\u00e9di\u00e9 au contrat de foretage). Ou la zone d&rsquo;\u00e9tude du projet qui dessine \u00e9trangement les<strong> contours d&rsquo;une carri\u00e8re de 110 hectares<\/strong>, avec sa zone d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s (voir l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/plateaulachaud.fr\/index.php\/2021\/01\/27\/forages-a-chateaugay-sur-une-large-portion-du-plateau-de-lachaud\/\">article d\u00e9di\u00e9<\/a> aux forages en cours sur le plateau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais notre pr\u00e9sident est tr\u00e8s satisfait des \u00e9changes cordiaux qui ont suivi la r\u00e9union. Nous esp\u00e9rons que ces \u00e9changes aient apport\u00e9 un regard nouveau sur le projet, en particulier pour les membres du conseil nouvellement \u00e9lus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour conclure :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Concernant l&rsquo;avancement du projet : ne soyons pas passifs, nous laissant bercer par l&rsquo;illusion \u00ab\u00a0entretenue\u00a0\u00bb que le projet n&rsquo;avance pas. Les r\u00e9cents forages et la pose de pi\u00e9zom\u00e8tres ces derniers jours sont l\u00e0 pour nous le rappeler.  De notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 nous continuons \u00e0 mobiliser toute notre \u00e9nergie pour stopper ce projet aberrant !<\/li><li>Nous avons pu entendre que le nombre de nos adh\u00e9rents \u00e9tait peu important en pourcentage de la population. Avec presque <strong>500 adh\u00e9sions<\/strong> (essentiellement des riverains touch\u00e9s par l&rsquo;impact environnemental),&nbsp;ce sont sans doute plus de 1000 personnes qui sont mobilis\u00e9es (souvent : 1 adh\u00e9sion = 1 famille avec enfants et grands-parents). D&rsquo;autre part, les moyens de communication de l&rsquo;association pour convaincre les citoyens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9s, voire brid\u00e9s. Enfin, il faut bien admettre que susciter l&rsquo;engagement pour une cause n&rsquo;est pas simple : beaucoup de citoyens seraient contre le&nbsp;projet mais ne le connaissent que \u00ab\u00a0de loin\u00a0\u00bb ou ne s&rsquo;impliquent pas.
